Many of our athletes participate in a fall sport through their school and this is encouraged! It is important however, to not lose the valuable technique you improved upon in the summer and to maintain the ski specific muscles you worked so hard to develop. Our fall program is designed to compliment whichever fall sport you compete in while preparing you for the winter ski season.

|Duration||10 Weeks – Starting the Weekend After Labor Day|
This 1-Day a week program will meet on Sunday afternoons to rollerski. This will run for 10 weeks starting the Sunday after Labor Day and is available at a cost of $100. This should be an “active rest day” for you and these will not be a hard workout. Focus will be on maintaining technique and endurance through the fall.
Helmets are required at all rollerski workouts.
