- Please email Alex letting him know which program you’d like to do. (coach at 3gnordic.com)
- Please make a check out to “3GNordic LLC” and mail it to 1000 Larpenteur Ave W. St. Paul, MN 55113. We can also accept all major credit cards in person or over the phone if you prefer but a small surcharge is added by the processing company.
- Please fill out this online form. This sends all of your emergency contact information to the coaches’ cell phones for easy access.
